Privacy policy
This page is a temporary notice for testing the Buna ECA application workflow. It is not an approved ECA privacy policy and does not authorise a production launch.
Use test data only
Use fictitious names, companies, contact details, signatures and sample documents. Do not enter sensitive personal information or upload real identity, financial or business documents while this notice is a placeholder.
What the test exercises
The test environment lets signed-in testers save a draft, attach sample documents, sign a test declaration, submit a test application and exercise the review process. Test submissions do not create ECA membership, business verification or any financial entitlement.
Policy still to be approved
The approved draft must identify the responsible organisation, the purposes and lawful basis for processing, the information collected, access and sharing arrangements, retention and deletion periods, individual rights and the privacy contact. These details are not yet agreed or represented as approved here.
