Do I need all my documents to get started?
No. You only need your name, email and business name to start a draft profile. We’ll ask for business details and documents in later stages, before submission.
Can I pause and come back?
Yes. Your valid answers save as you go. Choose Save & exit and bookmark your application link. Return using the same FORUS identity. Unsaved changes stay on the open page if you lose your connection.
Is this for my business or for me personally?
This journey is for Ethiopian coffee exporters. Your FORUS identity identifies you as the person completing the application; your company profile and business verification are separate.
What happens with the wallet?
After your sample application is approved, you can link the business to FORUS Connect and open the existing Buna ETB test wallet. Business verification, ECA membership and financial eligibility remain separate decisions. No real money is collected in the test wallet.
Can I use real business information?
This release is for testing. Use fictitious details and sample documents only. The privacy policy is a placeholder awaiting approval, and test reviews have no official ECA effect.
What about Buna’s coffee and loyalty programme?
The wider Buna programme connects everyday coffee with shared value for growers. You can explore the coffee and loyalty programme separately. The exporter application here is a working test journey.
